TO PURCHASE WITH DELIVERY IN ITALY
In the case of purchase and contemporary payment with credit card ON LINE, to follow all the indications recording the data and directly proceeding with the order on the circuit using as mean of payment the common credit cards.
In the case of purchase with payment with bank or sets, to fill out the special forms of order and if is wanted to purchase more products you can compile and to send a general order  or with email to the address mat@mathydra.com or with fax 05999931186.
The total sum to be paid will be underlined in automatic and the payments will be calculated in base to the type of select payment.
After the consignment of the order you will receive an e-mail of Confirmation Order with the application of payment of the sums as anticipated in the order.
In the case of payment with bank or sets to send copy of the receipt to the fax 0039-059-99931186.
The consignment of the commodities generally happens, different notice excepted, within 5 days from the reception of the fax or from the acceptance of the payment through credit card.
All the orders are subordinate to the confirmation of MAt and a possible telephone verification in case of the choice of consignment countersign.

PAYMENTS
The payment can be made with bank, sets or credit card. In the case of payment with bank or sets, the email of Confirmation Order will furnish all the data to make the payments. GUARANTEE SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
The D.Lgs 50/1992, regarding the contracts stipulated with internet, it grants the possibility to return the commodity purchased within 10 days by the reception, the MAt it doubles this possibility to 20 days.
To use some faculty of restitution of the purchased commodity is enough to send a communication by fax or email filling out the form Reimbursement And / Or Substitution explaining the motivations of the restitution.

GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS
All the products are guaranteed for two years from the delivery on the defects of factory to condition that the maintenance is performed as from manuals of use.
For the magnetic conditioners the guarantee is of 5 years.
They are excluded by the guarantee the cartridges and the products of consumption.
The guarantee consists in the substitution and / or free reparation of the defective products frank our center.
To activate the guarantee is enough to send a communication by fax filling out the form Asked for Intervention In Guarantee explaining the defects.
To the reception of the fax we will send an email of Ready For Reception.
The products will have to be envoys with insured to our address:
MAt - 212 Alassio Street- Modena.
Every cost of consignment and insurance it is to load of the Client.
The MAt in the briefest possible time will mend the product or it will replace him.

COMPETENT COURT
For all the disputes the competent court will be Modena-Italy.
